The Fish Market has a continually changing menu offers small plates/ tapas style plates, mains and sharing platters, which chef/owner Fred Alsop prepares simply to showcase the stunning quality of the fish and shellfish. It is not unusual for the menu to change from lunchtime to evening if something wonderful has been landed 25 metres away!
