The Linney - Sleeps 4
Converted from what is believed to have been the old cart shed, this holiday cottage retains some of the original Cornish stonework and has a beamed ceiling in the lounge and kitchen.
Linney cottage is entirely on the ground floor, and like The Old, Stable is ideal for someone who finds stairs a challenge.
The cottage is electrically heated with supplementary heating if required.
We are happy to accept well-behaved dogs, over one year of age, by arrangement.
Parking for two cars is conveniently just outside the door.

The Lounge/Dining Room
The lounge/dining room has two comfortable settees and a flat-screen TV with Freeview.
The Kitchen
One step down from the lounge is the well-equipped kitchen with a built-in oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and plinth heater.

The Bedrooms & Bathroom
A double bedroom and a twin bedroom are accessed from the lounge, which has hotel-quality, pocket-sprung mattresses.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and handrail, heated towel rail, fan heater and shaver point.
Outside
The Linney has an outside seating area for al fresco dining or star gazing on a dark night and is set on eight acres of grounds. Although no longer a working farm, we are bordered by beautiful Cornish farmland, so sheep and cattle can often be found grazing just over the fence. Our grounds and field walks are ideal for exercising your dog or taking in the abundance of wildlife in our peaceful surroundings.
Children will love having the space to run around and let off steam, and parents can relax, happy in the knowledge that the little ones are playing in a safe environment. We also have play equipment and garden games to ensure something for everyone, whatever their age.
