Kernewyck - Sleeps 4
Kernewyck was created from one-half of the original large farm barn, offering plenty of space to those looking to holiday as a family. One of our larger cottages sleeps four plus a cot.
The cottage is electrically heated, and there is a VonHaus Electric flame stove for added warmth.
All beds have hotel quality, and pocket sprung mattresses and cotton bed linen. The double bedroom has space to take a cot.
There is an allocated parking space for Kernewyck, conveniently located just outside the door.
Highchairs, bed guards and travel cots (please bring your own bedding) can be supplied by request at no extra charge.
We are happy to accept well-behaved dogs, over one year of age, by arrangement.
The occupancy of the cottage can be increased to 5 with the use of a Z-Bed placed in the lounge. Z-Beds are supplied at an additional £60.00 per week and can be ordered when booking.

The Lounge
From the enclosed outside seating area, you’ll enter the cottage. Kernewyck has a large lounge with a beamed ceiling, two comfortable settees, a flat-screen TV with Freeview, a VonHaus Electric flame stove heater, and a dining area.
The Kitchen
The compact, well-equipped kitchen has a built-in oven with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave and plinth heater.

The ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, heated towel rail and fan heater.
On the first floor is the double bedroom and twin bedroom, which have far reaching, countryside views and views over the gardens.
Outside
Cartole is set in eight acres of grounds and although no longer a working farm we are bordered by beautiful Cornish farmland so sheep and cattle can often be found grazing just over the fence. Our grounds and field walk are ideal for exercising your dog or taking in the abundance of wildlife in our peaceful surroundings.
Children will love having the space to run around and let off steam and parents can relax, happy in the knowledge that the little ones are playing in a safe environment. We also have play equipment and garden games to ensure that there is something for everyone, whatever their age.
We know that if you’re a dog owner that you’ll want to bring along your four-legged friend, so we are happy to accept well behaved dogs in the Old Stable.
