Southeast Cornwall’s best kept secret, Lantic Bay is a quiet sheltered cove with white sands, feeling more like the Mediterranean, than Cornwall.

An isolated and attractive cove of sand with some shingle. South facing with views towards Pencarrow Head. Beach is situated in between Polperro and Polruan.

Access is not suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Access – 15-minute walk down a steep path. Two National Trust car parks 15 – 20 minutes’ walk from beach.

Access: 20-minute walk across farmland and down steep cliff path, not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
Sand / pebbles etc: Pebbles, shingle, and some sand.
Swimming: Steep shelf, there can be strong rip.
