| Booking Information Please note for full weeks you can now book online and pay by credit or debit card or online by BACS. Just choose your cottage and scroll down to the calendar which shows availability in real time. Select the start date you require, then follow the links. Early and late season booking dates are flexible and short breaks are available, minimum 3 days. The charge is 1/5 of weekly rate per day, please telephone for more information and to book. By making a booking you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Bookings These are from Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday, depending on the cottage, in the main season but are flexible at other times. Telephone bookings are accepted and held for five days only. Access Statement An access statement can be viewed by clicking on the following link Terms Please send 25% of total charge with the reservation form, the balance to reach us at least 28 days before the start of your holiday. A receipt/statement will be sent by return post or by email if booking on line. If the balance is not received by the due date it will be treated as a cancellation and we will try to re-let the cottage. Arrival Times Please do not arrive before 4.00pm and vacate your cottage by 10.00am on the day of departure. Cancellation If you have had to cancel your holiday we will endeavour without prejudice to our right to the full rental, to re-let the cottage. If we do re-let we shall return all monies paid, less any expenses for advertising etc. We do urge you to take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance as a safeguard, we will enclose an application form with the receipt for your deposit. Please remember, that although we shall make every effort to re-let the cottage, you are legally responsible for payment of the full amount once your booking has been confirmed. Personal Property We can accept no responsibility whatsoever for your vehicles or personal property during your stay. Personal liability You are responsible for your own safety and security and for the safety and security of any children with you whilst at cartole Cottages. Pets Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, only if kept on a lead within the grounds, are kept off beds and furniture and on no account left unattended in the cottage. Please see tariff for charge. Heating Heating costs are included in the tariff from mid September to mid May. Heating is available at other times for a small extra charge. Any damage to the cottage, its contents and equipment, to be paid for by the hirer at the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items. The cottage, its contents and equipment, to be left clean and tidy at the end of the let. The cottage is only for the number of people is states that it can accommodate. Towels Please remember to bring your own towels, but if required towels can be hired at £5 per set (which comprises of one hand and one bath towel) General Some facilities may not be available throughout the winter months unless by arrangement. ie the Hot Tub and the Trampoline. We are constantly trying to make improvements at Cartole therefore the equipment and facilities may differ slightly to that described in this website and other advertising. For the comfort of all guests we have a no smoking policy in all of the cottages.
